Whether you believe in God, Energy, Source, Spirit, Jehovah, Budda, or Allah, you’ll agree that there is a higher power, and that we are not alone.
We believe every religion has something positive to offer the world — there are many fascinating things to learn from ancient teachings as diverse as The Koran, or Nepalese or Tibetan traditions.
Modern day spiritual teachings are frequently based on the principles of quantum physics — which indicates that everything, and everyone, is connected.
The basic premise is that nothing can exist in isolation, and that we, in turn cannot reach our full potential without being connected to a higher power. One illustration of this might be to imagine separating a glass of seawater from the ocean. Although it is similar in composition, the water in the glass has none of the power, which characterises the ocean’s waves. This illustrates what happens to us when we try to go it on our own, standing separate from our Source.
This “interconnection” also means that all the elements of creation influence each other. What’s under the ground is responsible for what’s above the ground and what’s invisible is responsible for what’s visible.
Waking Up With A Grateful Heart

Some people wake up in the morning and say, “Oh my God, it’s morning!” I was once that person, but now I wake up and say, “Good morning, God” (everyday).
What’s my secret?
Gratitude! A grateful attitude is definitely the foundation for a better life.
Leave The Past Behind

Another important attitude is to let go of the past. We have all made mistakes in life, but would you seriously think to dig into yesterday’s garbage to create tonight’s meal?
Instead of digging up the past, make a firm commitment to growing and finding ways to connect with your Source in the present.
Your Words And Prayers Determine Your Future

How often have you heard the words: “knock and the door will be opened; seek and you shall find; ask and you shall receive”?
This familiar passage implies that your life today is a manifestation of what you said (or prayed for) yesterday.
It’s difficult to wrap your head around, but, to describe it on a quantum level, we are a vibrational match for the energy or thoughts we put out into the universe.
Sometimes A Dead End Can Be A New Beginning

Today is your chance for a new beginning in your spiritual growth. It doesn’t matter whether you are beginning from rock bottom, or the top of the mountain (Source loves us all the same), we can all draw and learn from what’s been learnt before us.
We are all children of Source — we are all made in the image and likeness of Source.
